background check and verifying drivers license abstract, our community drivers will all be personally
interviewed by 1Courier. This will ensure that we are able to acquire high quality personnel that meet the
standard of service 1Courier requires of all drivers.
Live Tracking:
1courier offers live tracking of all deliveries with free digital signature capturing on all orders. A free 1Courier
mobile app is available for download and allows you to place and track your order, as well as view your
order history.
No Fuel Surcharge:
1courier will not add a fuel surcharge to any of our deliveries. We value our clients and aim to be both
fair and transparent in our billing.
Eco-Friendly Courier:
At 1Courier, we recognize our responsibility to the environment and encourage runners and the use of
public transit for small parcels. Our focus on being eco-friendly is also reflected in our technology which
allows us to be completely paperless.
Security:
1courier ensures the protection of all personal information and transactions through our 256 bit SSL
encryption model. To further ensure that our customers are protected, 1Courier will send by email the
name and picture of the driver to the customer upon all order confirmations. Daily backups of all delivery
and transaction data is another step taken to assure customer data is secured.

Delivery service is offered from 8:00am-9:00pm 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
